三七SE基因启动子的克隆及序列分析

摘 要:

鲨烯环氧酶(squalene epoxidase, SE)基因是三七皂苷生物合成途径中的关键基因。本文采用染色体步移(genomic walking)技术, 克隆出三七SE基因上游1 872 bp的启动子片段。生物信息学分析表明, 该启动子除了含有基本的TATA-box和CAAT-box元件外, 还包含多个与细胞分裂素响应、抗病以及糖类和储藏蛋白合成等相关的作用元件。

Abstract:

The squalene epoxidase (SE) is considered to be a key enzyme involved in Panax notoginseng biosynthesis pathway. A 1 872 bp promoter fragment was cloned from P. notoginseng using genomic walking technique. The bioinformatics analyses showed that the fragment contained the conserved promoter sequence, such as TATA-box, CAAT-box. Furthermore, it contained several elements related to cytokinin response, disease-related, the synthesis of carbohydrates and proteins.
